I masked the edged of my card front then placed the flower stamp inside my MISTI. I inked the flowers by painting on Brushos diluted with water and stamped. I repeated that process until I was happy with the colours on the flowers.
I stamped the sentiment then rubbed Distress ink around the edges.
thanks for looking,

Good to be neighbors on a Saturday. : ) Gorgeous as ever, Karen! Love how you achieved the watercolor look with this lovely image and your bg. The bright blue frame "pops" it all.

Karen, this is gorgeous! Much lovelier than the inspiration piece, pretty as that is. I love the depth of colour on the flowers and the wonderful splatters too.

Very pretty solid stamp stamping...I'm not too successful with thos most of the time I mist just a bit too much...ha! Maybe I'm water challenged or heavy handed! This is really pretty though Karen, my friend, love it!

Just gorgeous, Karen! I love the softly inked center area, and of course the lovely flowers. I actually did a card with a similar technique earlier this week and I am often inspired by you! Faved.
